• Bring attention to the findings of the 2014 Women, Business and the Law report with special focus on laws that support women's access to paid employment.  
• Encourage inputs from participants on the impacts of effective national laws and regulations to promote women's access to paid employment.  
• Collect suggestions and recommendations on other policies, laws, regulations, or public programmes that enable and incentivize women's paid employment and men to share childcare responsibilities.   
• Seek inputs on successful advocacy initiatives that have been able to influence policies, laws, and programmes that incentivize women's employment and that encourage and accelerate reform.  
• Provide inputs, suggestions and recommendations into the preparation of the 2014 Commission on the Status of Women's (CSW) review of its 2011 agreed conclusions on "Access and participation of women and girls to education, training, science and technology, including for the promotion of women's equal access to full employment and decent work."
